Refund policy

Effective Date: May 23, 2026

Thank you for supporting Forrest Via Satterfield for Alabama House District 21. The items in our store are made to order and printed just for you, and every purchase is a contribution to the campaign. For those reasons, our return policy is limited to the situations described below. Please read it before you order.

All sales are final, with one exception

Because each item is custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or color. Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.

The one exception: we will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Defective, damaged, or misprinted items

If your order arrives flawed in any way — a printing error, a manufacturing defect, or damage in transit — we will make it right at no cost to you.

To request a replacement or refund:

1.  Email us at candidate@forrestforalabama.com within 30 days of delivery.

2.  Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue (the defect or damage, and the shipping label where relevant).

Once we confirm the problem, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. You will not be asked to ship the defective item back.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the reshipment cost. We are not able to refund orders lost because of an address error on the order.

Lost or significantly delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, contact us at candidate@forrestforalabama.com and we will investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner. Confirmed lost packages will be replaced at no cost.

Refunds and campaign-finance note

Where a refund is warranted under this policy, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Because purchases from this store are contributions to the campaign, refunds are also recorded in the campaign's finance records as required by the Alabama Fair Campaign Practices Act.
