Shipping policy

Our items are printed to order by our fulfillment partner and then shipped to you. That means each order moves through two stages: production and transit. Here is what to expect.
Production time
Most items are produced within 2–7 business days after you order. Production does not begin until your order is confirmed.
Transit time (United States)
After production, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. As a planning estimate, expect roughly 1–2 weeks total from order to delivery for most U.S. orders. Times can run longer during peak periods or near election deadlines, when order volume is high.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Any cost shown at checkout is the final shipping charge.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Because contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited and every purchase is a contribution to the Campaign, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow a day or two for tracking to update after you receive it.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not able to refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it once you cover the reshipment cost (see our Return and Refund Policy).
Delays, loss, and damage
If your tracking stalls, your order is significantly delayed, or it arrives damaged, email candidate@forrestforalabama.com with your order number (and a photo, for damage). We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it, and we will replace confirmed lost or damaged orders at no cost to you.
Multiple items
Orders with several items may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days, since items can be produced in different facilities.
